We have an exciting opportunity for an FP&A Manager at our Holland, MI location. This pivotal role involves overseeing financial forecasting, budgeting, data gathering, business analysis, and preparing monthly reporting packages for Motus business units and the consolidated company. Responsibilities encompass monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reporting.
Key skills for this position include strong analytical abilities, advanced modeling, and exceptional communication to ensure clear and accurate conveyance of results to the leadership team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional work environment and will engage regularly with senior leadership, private equity stakeholders, and global business entities. A successful candidate will be detail oriented, have a sense of urgency and a critical eye for safety. Willing and able to travel connecting, standardizing, and transforming our 9 facilities.
