What youโ€™ll be involved in:

Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team and help ensure world-class product quality for our automotive customers. This role plays a critical part in driving continuous improvement, problem-solving, and quality system compliance within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support customer quality requirements and ensure compliance with automotive standards
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for internal and customer issues
Support APQP, PPAP, and launch activities for new programs
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process
Monitor quality performance metrics and implement corrective actions
Participate in internal and external audits (IATF 16949)

Qualifications:

โœ” Experience in automotive manufacturing quality engineering
โœ” Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA)
โœ” Strong problem-solving skills using 8D, 5 Why, or similar methodologies
โœ” Experience working with customers and cross-functional teams
โœ” Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
