Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team and help ensure world-class product quality for our automotive customers. This role plays a critical part in driving continuous improvement, problem-solving, and quality system compliance within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Support customer quality requirements and ensure compliance with automotive standards
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for internal and customer issues
Support APQP, PPAP, and launch activities for new programs
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process
Monitor quality performance metrics and implement corrective actions
Participate in internal and external audits (IATF 16949)
Qualifications:
✔ Experience in automotive manufacturing quality engineering
✔ Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA)
✔ Strong problem-solving skills using 8D, 5 Why, or similar methodologies
✔ Experience working with customers and cross-functional teams
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
Process Engineer

This isn’t a role where you sit behind a desk all day. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being on the production floor, solving problems, improving processes, and working closely with operations and engineering teams to drive results.
What you’ll be doing:
🔧 Optimizing and improving manufacturing processes
📈 Driving continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
🚗 Supporting new product launches and process development
⚙️ Troubleshooting production issues and implementing long-term solutions
🤝 Collaborating with production, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams
What we’re looking for:
✔ Process Engineering experience in automotive manufacturing or Tier 1 supplier environment
✔ Strong background in process improvement and root cause problem solving
✔ Experience supporting launches, equipment, and manufacturing processes
✔ Someone who thrives in a fast-paced plant environment
